I attended the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and International Business with a minor in International Studies and Business Law. During my years at Penn State University I played for the men's soccer team where I had the invaluable experience of what it means to perform. As I continue to translate this to the business world, I strives to enable my company to last for generations. After graduating from college in December 2001, I was introduced to the business myself. I feels a true leader, as do my coaches, in business should learn any business from within to earn the respect of their people and to lead them properly. On February 1, 2003, I was promoted to an Executive Director position and ran the first location in Columbus, Ohio. The city of Columbus became too small to hold the main office. I then relocated the organization to Atlanta, Georgia. Since the move the growth has been unprecedented growing to more than ten locations.
