The next iteration will be providing a UI to allow users to view and modify events and actions of interest and provide the owners with a central overview dashboard for all company activities.* Startup project management SaaS application to help freelancers and their clients reach harmony regarding time, cost, and scope. Built with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap, and Webflow; deployable via Heroku, AWS (S3, ElasticBeanstalk, or ECS). GCP (AppEngine), Digital Ocean (VPS configured through DropletKit), or Docker/Dokku via GitLab CI/CD system.* 3d building model for a structural steel company to allow clients to visualize how various configuration options would affect the appearance of their building. Features included integrations with Twilio (click-to-call button, automated SMS), G-Suite (automated creation of standardized client folders and various tracking sheets and documents based on a new contract being signed), and automated request and placement of EagleView photos into appropriate client folders.* E-commerce application selling medical devices built with Ruby on Rails, Spree, PostgreSQL and Bootstrap deployed to Heroku.

Architect, build, and deploy a multi-tenant, multi-database custom application to serve the unique needs of a boutique insurance agency with a referral model analogous to affiliate marketing. Application built using Ruby on Rails, Turbo/StimulusJS, TailwindCSS, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Neo4J instances deployed to GCP. Other databases deployed to AWS/RDS. Application deployment to Digital Ocean via Hatchbox.io integration to GitHub. Local development using docker-compose. Integrations with Zendesk, Sendgrid, Twilio, Slack. Guide and mentor junior developers.

Startup InsureTech marketplace application which morphed through several pivots into an insurance agency directory application with around 2,000 users. The directory application was built from scratch using Ruby on Rails (5.2 upgraded to 6.0), PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), Turbolinks/StimulusJS, and BulmaCSS. It was deployed to a cluster of VPSs at Digital Ocean using Capistrano. Integrations included Google (Maps, Places), Twilio, Stripe, RocketReferrals, ShortCM, Algolia Search, Elastic Search, Segment, Slack, and Full Story.The original vision was for a two-sided marketplace app to allow consumers to shop for insurance without initially revealing their contact information. This version was built with a Ruby on Rails API and React/Recompose UI, deployed to AWS (EC2/ECS, RDS, CloudFormation, Lambda) as Docker containers through a custom CI/CD system.

Both the hobby/DIY and business market had technical questions about machine capabilities, and the set-up and operation of our equipment. For the business market I spent considerable time helping them reorganize their processes to reap maximum benefit from their new tooling.
