Collaborate with individuals across processes, locations, and business units to acquire data from multiple data warehouses for analysis and interpretation of the raw data. Create and report custom reports to help senior and executives to improve data quality, make informed decisions, and improve process.

Build and packaged a strong patent portfolio to help facilitate a successful exit strategy. Served as the Intellectual property function for the company. Report to the CFO and Board of Directors IP Chairman and responsible for all intellectual property activities within the company. Minimized IP risk and exposure by working with various teams to protect intellectual property rights. Improve existing IP system and culture to increase patent portfolio value and reduced cost by managing relationship and activities with outside counsel, review and negotiate contracts related to IP, developing IP policy and strategy, managing and chairing the Patent Board.

Manage the intellectual property assets of the down-hole drilling business unit to maximize portfolio value, while minimizing IP risks and liabilities. Interact with business manager, R&D manager, and in house attorney to develop an IP portfolio strategy that is align with business goals, minimizes legal risks, and protect the IP.

Serve as the lead Quality Assurance lead in the software development team to help develop and commercialize the first company real-time web based drilling application. Supervise a three team members in developing and implementing quality assurance and control methodologies to ensure compliance with standards and customer specifications.
