Created and led new strategic plan to reposition the Handy Mart retail chain against new market competition. Developed relationships with Dunkin' Donuts and Subway as both franchisee and operator. Led the development and mentorship of a new management team in all phases of sales and operations which included transports, lubricants, retail stores, dealer acquisition and wholesale fuels.

Vice President of Marketing responsible for the development of the Goose Creek Food Store chain. Negotiated franchise deals with Popeye's, Arby's and Subway and integrated their operations into the Goose Creek Food Store development plan as franchisee. Managed and grew extensive dealer network.
