-- I worked for ISM Canada for almost 19 years; in early 2015 I was laid off due to down-sizing and restructuring of that company.-- For my latest 4 years there, I worked in IT Asset Management; my duties were primarily concerned with IT hardware reception, storage, deployment, tracking, maintenance, leasing, and disposal.-- For my first 15 years there, I worked at the IT Service Desk or Help Desk, assisting both internal and many external customers with first-point-of-contact documentation and resolution of IT issues for a wide variety of hardware, software, and security matters.
