Ken has a multi-disciplinary practice that includes commercial litigation, real estate, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters. Ken’s clients include the largest concrete supplier to the multibillion-dollar “Big Dig” Central Artery/Tunnel Project in Boston, and a major supplier to a high-profile Amtrak project. He represents government contractors and suppliers in connection with government investigations, contract compliance, and litigation. Ken’s practice includes complex commercial litigation in the areas of real estate development, breach of contract, and shareholder disputes. He also advises and represents clients in administrative proceedings and regulatory matters, and has advised companies in a range of corporate transactions. Ken served as a special assistant district attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting an array of criminal matters at trial as part of a firm-sponsored program. He also serves as pro bono counsel to the M. Patricia Cronin Foundation to Fight Ovarian Cancer.
