(SCSI), which provides a premiere, one-of-a-kind automated data retrieval system for the property and casualty insurance and credit industries, I manage all aspects of the company, including the development of all SCSI products.I am known as being a capable and consistent manager who has worked diligently to guide the company on its pathway to success.     I co-founded jBIAS with Anne Ostrom, Vice President of SCSI, which we initially began as a software consulting company and later transitioned to software development. I manage all aspects of the company, including product development. Our primary offering, jBIAS, is a one-of-a-kind software that provides an interface with third-party data providers to help property and casualty and credit organizations automate the underwriting process. Since developing this unique solution, jBIAS and its predecessor BIAS have been installed in more than 20 locations, with more than 11,000 licensed users taking advantage of its unique functionality every day.
