In 2006, I was promoted from Assistant Program Director/Music Director to Program Director of WROR. During my tenure, we grew rating share ranks to #1 while consistently remaining top 5 with adults (6+ and 25-54.)In 2009, I added Program Director duties at WBOS and led them through multiple format adjustments. The most recent change to ROCK 92.9 helped grow rating share ranks during its first 18 months from below top 10 to top 6 with adults and from top 8 to top 3 with men In 2016, I was included on Radio Ink's list of "Best Program Directors in America."My career started as an intern at WZLX in 1992, where I asked for and accepted more responsibilities and challenges until I left in 2002. My jobs included production assistant, street team member, and board-operator. In 1994, I became morning show producer and stayed in that capacity producing 4 different high-profile morning shows while adding Assistant Music Director and Part-Time On-Air Talent titles.
