Our mission is to be a trustworthy and responsive partner to healthcare facilities in New England that have intermittent gaps in emergency medicine physician staffing. What differentiates NEED from other physician staffing solutions is our unique recruiting model: we focus our recruiting efforts primarily on EM physicians that are currently employed in top-tier hospitals and academic medical centers, thereby providing highly skilled practitioners that would otherwise be unavailable. We work with hospitals to develop a solid understanding of their emergency services workflows, technologies and other requirements and then match open shifts with physicians that possess the skills, aptitude and attitude necessary to make a seamless transition into each emergency department.From 2007 to 2018, Ken was the founder and CEO of Edaris Health , an innovator of electronic documentation solutions for emergency departments and urgent cares. Its flagship clinical documentation platform is based on technology developed at Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.Prior to Edaris, Ken had over 20 years of experience in senior management; have held several senior-level operating positions in large and small investment and health operating firms.From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Wolfe was a founding partner in Kairos Partners I, II, III. a $150 million limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies, HCIT and services. Kairos Partners achieved long-term capital appreciation through investments in medical companies. Mr. Wolfe served as a Managing Director,Morgan Stanley within the Debt Capital Market Group until June 1996. He served as the Group Head of Private Placements within Debt Capital Market and served as a managing director and head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley.History and a passion for being part of new company formation and building value by developing creative strategic partnerships and working with knowledge-based investors. Extensive understanding of financial markets and how to design innovative capital structures to align constituents’ interests. Ken has Bachelor's degree in finance from The College at the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business Specialties Entrepreneur, Digital Health, General Management, Private Financings, New Company formation.
