• The primary function of this role is to provide management support across the entire region and manage a multitude of resources to facilitate large scale projectsincluding;- Provide Direction and Facilitate Coordination among all Project Management resouces across the state of Ohio on Enterprise and Existing Market projects. - Logistical & Technical Support and Training of Project Management resources throughout the region.- Field Operations project lead on large contracts.Facilitate communication between project management resources across the region to ensure project goals and process intervals related to specific tasks are met.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.• function as an Operations Manager as business needs dictate including; - Design/Engineer new network infrastructure to complete customer contracts.- Familiarity with local utilities and municipalities.- Identify and assist in the management process of permits and licenses.- Design/Engineer network rebuilds to include laterals and backbone infrastructure.- Provide network routes and captial expenditure budget to the sales group.- Work with Engineering Department and Network Operations Center to facilitate maintenance issues and restoration of outages. - Coordinate with Sales dept to establish budget costs.- Update CARS on a daily basis to ensure smooth project management.- Oversee in-house and contract construction labor.- Collect and verify as-builts.
