Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the regional customers. * Responsible for all presales activities like RFX response, technical negotiations and technical proposals. * Performs presentations and workshops with customers and prospects about Sandvine products and solutions, articulating their operational benefits and features* Performs trials and Proof of Concept tests in order to demonstrate Sandvine solutions.* Prepare and present technical workshops for Sandvine Partners and customers.

* Responsible from all DPI Domain ( Fixed and Mobile ) related activities, such as providing the best architectural design, determining feature and capacity requirement and investment planning. * Planning and designing of 2G ,3G & 4G Packet Core network. * Performing technical analysis of Core Network SW features and make proposals for SW Feature set that will be applied in Core Network. * Analyzing Business Requirements and to translate into Network Requirements Specification that meets business and customer requirement.

* Analyzing customer problems and providing solutions in time in accordance with support contracts. * Involving and supporting packet core integration projects when required. * Monitoring the network equipment and preventing possible problems by taking required action in advance.

* Handling VoIP related problems that have several priorities. * Supporting integration team in terms of problem that faced during the new installation and integration.
