- Oversee and manage accounts receivables for multiple properties in the DC metro area and Boston, providing daily collection status and analysis.- Review and calculate quarterly and annual operating expenses and real estate tax reconciliations in the $100K-$10M range.- Prepare materials for each year’s budget and for calculating quarterly reforecasts.- Review monthly Statement of Ops reporting and provide variance comments on revenue items.- Process the billing of monthly rents, percentage rents, and all bill backs for the customers of the properties under my portfolio.- Calculate and update the straight-line rent monthly for accounting month end close.- Review and abstract all leases and agreements and enter all pertinent information into JDE, including but not limited to the setup of all recurring billings, expense participation, legal option clauses, and security deposits into the Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Real Estate Management Software.- Assist in building purchases and sales by preparing Lease Schedule exhibits, providing AR reports, and post-close working with the property accountant to bill and prorate per the date of the closing. - Provide responses to audit or SOX control questions and inquiries from tenants and from internal auditors.- Provide guidance, training, and support to non-senior teammates on all matters.- Project management of testing and implementation of new software and processes such as Dealsumm, JDE Orchestrator, and JDE Autocash, that integrate with accounting systems.

Office manager responsibilities include day to day accounting, accounts payable and receivable processing, human resources, money management, IT support, etc.Paralegal responsibilities include assisting attorneys in all aspects of legal work including drafting letters, corresponding with clients, relaying information to other parties, administration of client files, data entry, etc.

Periodic training of sixty or more US Government (USAID, DOD, DOS and DHS), academic, and NGO participants in the Strategic Economic Needs and Security Exercise (SENSE). Responsibilities include assisting participants in developing an understanding of how SENSE can be used to provide strategic insights, opportunities for creative problem solving, as well as test the costs and benefits of both competition and team work within a present day post conflict environment.Game testing responsibilities involve periodic analysis of the current SENSE model in order to update future versions of the game.
