As Test manager building a test team from ground up in Bangalore, India and took complete ownership of the product from US. Released a version of the product under Adobe brand (from Macromedia). I was driving customer beta release program and worked directly with customers.

I was one among the first few employees that started the Pivotal product team in Bangalore, involved in transitions on product knowledge, process and building of the team. Joined as Sr. Test engineer, then move to Test Lead and QA Manager. Owned and was responsible for the release of MarketFirst and Pivotal Analytics

Started my tech career in Aditi Technologies for a Talisma product. Joined as temp, move to Trainee then Test Engineer, Sr. Test Engineer and QA Lead. I was completing my degree in an evening college and pursuing my Master in parallel during this period.
