I have over 25 years of experience in education. My experience includes teaching data analysis, and educational leadership positions. My time in education has primarily been spent serving high-poverty schools with majority Emergent Bilingual populations. During that time I have led schools to become high-performing campuses. I have degrees in Elementary Education and Communication from the University of Northern Iowa. I also hold a Master of Education degree from Texas Wesleyan University.
