In this position, I derive insights from acquired R and Python datasets via EDA and machine-learning techniques. Additionally, I render and interpret image data such as density, volumetric and 3D architectural measurements for acquired micro-computed tomography (microCT) images through Python (OpenCV, Scikit-Image, medpy), R(Magick), and Caliper Analyze. From there I optimize and automate using data collection procedures, generating reports on a weekly basis.
