Plant analyst for two 3M plants in the US. Still continuing my role in SAP support; expanding responsibilities across the department.

After working with four plants that have been live on SAP for a year now, I am using my knowledge of the system to assist other analysts go live on SAP.

Led project for clinical faculty member by evaluating the financials of the top eight largest healthcare systems in Minnesota and reviewed outcomes over the past two years to determine changes in their market position. Assessed 10Q’s for each of the eight companies respectively. Utilized Microsoft Excel to compare said companies. Debriefed Harvard Business Review article on “Reverse Innovation in Healthcare,” while preparing a presentation for St. Thomas’ MBA Healthcare course on the piece. Successfully distributes projects bi-weekly to the interns in the Student Intern Pool. Helping with the planning and logistics of Richard Shulze’s e-Fest, hosted by Schulze School of Entrepreneurship in late April of 2020. Utilization of Salesforce, Microsoft programs and Canva, to produce projects that staff, faculty and advisors can use within their professional and academic lives.

Responsible for scheduling and monitoring incoming appointments. Utilized management skills when handling issues with bookings or complaints. Helped maintain company standards and reputation through excellent customer service.

Created a positive atmosphere for customers while promoting products face to face. Converted product interest into sales by analyzing and assessing customer preferences. Engaged with customers over social media while handling company giveaways. Assisted with operations of weekly tree decorating workshops.
