Kendra A. Bergeron is a Partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Kendra has over 15 years of experience in environmental and toxic tort litigation. She represents Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including home renovation, HVAC, adhesives, and personal cosmetics, in cases nationally and globally. Kendra also serves as National Coordinating Counsel for an engine manufacturer where she develops and oversees strategic litigation plans for local counsels across the country.In addition to her toxic tort litigation practice, Kendra serves as outside general counsel for a European, health-connected device company. She also serves as outside general counsel for a non-profit organization in the education sector. As outside general counsel, Kendra brings business and litigation experience in the areas of employment, ADA compliance and litigation at the state and federal level, commercial leasing, and contract negotiation and resolution. Kendra is a member of the Rhode Island Superior Court’s Bar/Bench Committee. The Committee works directly with the Rhode Island Superior Court Judiciary to modernize and improve Rhode Island’s Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure governing deposition practice.As an owner of a women-owned and women-led firm, Kendra is passionate about helping to advance other professional women in their careers. Kendra is a member of The Boston Club, an organization of female professionals that is dedicated to elevating women to leadership positions on both public and private boards in Massachusetts. Kendra is currently involved in several initiatives with this organization.
