Develop, implement and manage a multi-faceted wellness program for LI-COR employees and their families with the mission 'Impacting Lives, Starting With You'. Lead the internal Wellness Committee and implement the company's first ever wellness software portal. Assists in the development and administration of Talent Operations (HR) policies and procedures.
