I've always been an organized person and eventually I decided to use that gift as my career! As a certified PMP, I enjoy keeping projects, products, and teams on track in order to accomplish their goals. I've heard it said "it takes a special person to be good at (and enjoy) project management." I believe that that's true. As a highly creative and highly organized person I love being able to collaborate and innovate with others in order to create the best possible products!I have worked as the project manager of curriculum solutions and innovation initiatives at Awana Clubs International. This role has given me the experience of developing and managing processes to maintain projects and products. I have monitored and maintained efficiency, productivity and capacity of resources in order to manage project timeframes and deadlines. I am an organized, detail-oriented, team player and am able to prioritize effectively in order to manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
