• Oversaw the well-being of donors before and after donating blood• Promoted donors to re-schedule appointments to maintain eligibility for donating• Daily collaboration with the phlebotomy team to ensure donation goals are met• Executed organizational boundaries to maintain achievable daily responsibilities

• Was responsible and managed 14+ high school student athletes to ensure they were guided with instruction before, during and after practice• Responsible for the safety of the 14+ high school student athletes during away games, ensuring no one was left behind and all student athletes were picked up by their guardian when returning to school• Demonstrating soccer techniques learned in college through practice which was held Monday through Friday• Invented new training sessions for each day of practice • Promoted leadership development in each girl on the team, in their own individual ways• Gained trust in my leadership abilities and coaching techniques• Incorporated drills for soccer while also including values for personal growth and achievement
