I worked with large groups of students (about 600), as well as smaller groups (about 30) to get them accustomed to the university and help them with their transition to college life. I worked very closely with my Co, who was randomly assigned as my partner to hold the smaller group meetings. On top of working with my Co, I worked with my team of 29 to create the entire Orientation experience for students and follow the program we were hosting. I was also the co-host of a Life at UB presentation where we discussed serious situations students may find themselves in during their time as college students. This was held for all of the students at each conference, and I did it 7 times.
