I help high performing teachers and veteran school leaders transition into roles that perfectly aligned with their strengths, accomplish personal and professional goals, and work through the burnout and overwhelm often associated with being a leader in education.As  a former teacher turned school leader, I have spent the last 14 years of my career teaching, coaching, and helping start-up an innovative charter school, as well as a non-profit preschool. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (cum laude) and a minor in African American studies. I have a Masters of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, and earned my K-12 School Administrator License from the School Executives Leadership Academy at Queens University of Charlotte. When I'm not working, I love making memories with my children and planning fun date nights with my husband.
