While working on behalf of the Partnership for Downtown St. Louis, I was responsible for developing a comprehensive events program for the 2011 events season. The booklet provided an overview of each event, sponsorship levels and related benefits for sponsors. I also managed the organization’s events and programs including event design, venue and vendor coordination, permits and contracts, risk management, volunteer management, and general event production. I executed and supervised special events and met predetermined fundraising goals related to corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, and donation management.
