As a Technical Lead assigned to set up and streamline the newly acquired entity in Vietnam, successfully set up a machinery and piping team in the newly established construction yard.Successfully design and delivery of 4 large jack-up SEU’s built under MODU Rules and ABS Classification out of a brand new yard was a first-time achievement in South East Asia at the time.During the project engineering phase, worked closely with US based naval architect and machinery vendors to successfully set up critical machinery system specifications in compliance with governing rules.Managed the construction process for machinery & piping as well as start-up, commissioning, certification tests and sea trial phases of the project.

Served as COMPANY Mechanical Engineer for TOTAL at the Medium Compression Platform (MCP) Top-side EPCIC project.Worked at the project engineering office at DORIS Engineering offices in Paris, France to review and approve project documents for Basic Engineering phase.Project detail engineering and construction phases continued at the project site office in HHI Offshore Yard located in Ulsan, Korea till successful load out and sail-away.• Performed Basic Engineering design review at Doris Engineering offices located at Paris, France• Responsible for Detail Engineering design review and construction follow-up as COMPANY Mechanical Engineer on project site office located at Hyundai Heavy Industry (HHI) Offshore Yard located at Ulsan, South Korea• Review and approve vendor rotating and static equipment package specifications and bid evaluations• Follow-up on construction management and equipment FAT for turbo-compressor package, power generation equipment, major process equipment, utility system packages and platform crane• Follow-up and approve Yard work for Mechanical Completions and Pre-commissioning checks according to approved procedures• Prepare punch lists and managed EPCIC Yard team for follow up and close-out of project punch lists prior to load-out and sail-away
