The role involves inspection, preventative maintenance, servicing, refurbishment, fault finding and repairs of all makes and models of cranes and winches.Accomplishments • Involved in the planning and Refurbishment of 13 x American Areo cranes on the Makoko Abana oil field in Cameroon• Involved in the planning, refurbishment and replacement of 2 x 5T hydraulic cylinders on a 45T Tusji marine crane. These cylinders had to be removed whilst working at height by use of rope access whilst the vessel was sailing.• Involved in the planning and refurbishment of a Liebherr Bos 90 crane on the Kinsale Alpha gas platform. This involved change out of all 3 winch systems and ropes. Fully strip inspect and change out of the hydraulic power pack unit. Show less

The role involves inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, servicing and refurbishment of all makes and models of cranes and winches. Refurbishment of Link Belt THC 2600 on SSDR Scarabeo 7, Tsuji cranes, Liebherr, Macgregor, IHI etc. Refurbishment of BE MK-100 on Sedco 714, Refurbishment of Hydramarine HMC 3292 on DP Reel.
