Department head reporting directly to President/Owner. Responsible for producing all ad campaigns, catalogs, POS/POP, posters, tradeshow booths, website, supporting special events, and art directing photo shoots. Lead marketing initiatives for BMX, snowboarding and MX. Negotiated team rider contracts and event sponsorship terms.

Responsible for sourcing, costing, and commercializing all tee shirts for the Ecko Unlimited companies (Ecko Unltd., G-Unit, and Zoo York). Monthly volume was approximately 30 different styles, 500,000 units, at $13 million retail. Constantly visited factories throughout Latin America & China for both spot checks and to determine capabilities for future programs.

Reported directly to Marc Ecko. Managed the Men’s apparel design staff, a team of nineteen. Responsible for managing the budget and final approval for all design expenses. Managed the design cycle for Men's product, determined milestone dates, and managed the teams work flow. Responsible for determining and communicating “best practices” to the team. Worked closely with production teams in the U.S. and Hong Kong offices to bridge communication gaps. Constantly assessed each team member's skill set to ensure maximum efficiencies for the company.

Clients included: AIG, Comtel, Contentville.com, IDT - www.tv.tv, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Inc, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft Corporation, Market Measures Interactive, Novartis, Pfizer, Schering-Plough and Siemens.

Managed an international team of designers located in the U.S. and The Netherlands. Developed and maintained The Optical Networking Group’s internal website. Managed the Optical Networking Group’s sales collateral. Supported trade show and training presentations. Developed marketing materials and photographed trade show events. Was project manager of The Optical Networking Interactive Sales Tool, a revolutionary laptop based presentation.

Projects included: Media planners and promotional materials for the following magazines Applied Clinical Trials, BioPharm, DCI, DTC Direct, Geo InfoSystems, GPS World, ITS World, LC•GC, Pharmaceutical Executive, Pharmaceutical Technologies and Spectroscopy.

Clients included: Burton Snowboards, Canon, Champion, Converse Shoes and Specialized Bicycles. Projects included: print collateral including Burton dealer and consumer catalogs, garment hang tags, product packaging, consumer advertising, snowboard graphics, POP, signage and trade show booths.
