I have over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, working with 3G, 4G, 5G, MVNO, IoT, IMS, and cloud technologies, and supporting presales, postsales, and customer engagement activities.I am passionate about delivering innovative and value-added solutions that meet customer needs and expectations, and enabling new services and products in the market. Some of my key achievements include deploying and managing the full-lifecycle of voice and SMS service for a Singapore telco, enabling mobile operator customer to obtain device certification for 5G, and closing multiple deals with service provider customers in the MVNO/MVNE/IoT space. I am also a collaborative leader, who enjoys working with diverse and cross-functional teams, building partnerships and stakeholder relationships, and sharing knowledge and best practices.
