With determination and hard work, we launched products into the market place - quickly. It took creativity and agility, and it got results.After all, if there is one constant in business, it's change. I never fear a pivot or change as long as it's the path to the best solution. It's how I have led continuous growth for years at NOARK.Today, as Sales Director I continue to look for new opportunities to expand our market share and improve internal processes. You can think of my philosophy as taking the manufacturing mantra of continuous improvement and applying it to business development.Outside the office you'll likely find me on a bike trail.
