Their retail point of sale software supports multiple languages, multiple currencies and various regional localizations, making Retail Pro the point of sale software of choice for retailers with international operations or those planning to expand beyond a single country. During my tenure with Retail Pro I grew the UK Channel Business by 55%, by revenue, recruited two additional Channel Partners and started the move towards distribution.

I was responsible for Business Development of the Intermec brand in the UK and Ireland for Avnet, reporting into the UK and Ireland Sales Manager.The role encompassed developing business from existing partners; recruiting partners from the Intermec PartnerNet Program and recruiting new partners, both to Intermec and Avnet. I achieved this by working closely with the Intermec Account Managers and vertically aligned Strategic Account Managers. I also worked with other teams within Avnet to identify potential partners and recruit them. I worked with the ISV Partners, from all vendors, to identify potential new partners.
