Developed web-based promotions and monitored station’s online image on website and social media, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Created promotional strategic plans, news campaigns, multimedia marketing plans, and general programming promotions. Trained, scheduled, and supervised 4 employees on promotions and commercial production department teams. Oversaw creative services department $351K+ annual budget.* Spearheaded ratings increase, earning 2nd place for morning show despite challenges of COVID-19 pandemic.
