• Manage client accounts and assist clients with break/ fix application issues. • Perform system upgrades, and Installs, Active Directory (AD), O365, Microsoft Exchange licensing, provisioning and de-provisioning. • Perform password resets, imaging, reimaging, user account creations and deletions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Exchange.• Create AD Global groups and assign permissions. • Provide remote support and customer service including the addition and configuration of printers and other network resources. • Create and manage tickets and document user’s information in Connect Wise.• Produce top numbers in ticket closures and provide consistency in ability to resolve technical issues. • Promoted after 6 months with the company.
