Planned, marketed and successfully led engagements for a variety of clients across the private and public sectors globally.➢ Ontario Government - For over ten years was consultant in the creation and operations of Ontario Shared Services which consolidated the finance, procurement and human resource functions of 22 ministries.➢ Ontario Government - For the implementation of the IFIS system (the largest ERP to be implemented in Canada) led and supported the Business Requirements, Business Case development and led the Change Management team.➢ Canadian Provincial Governments: Shared Services - Developed strategies that covered Scope of Services, Service Delivery Options, Business Case and Plan, Accountability Framework and the Implementation and Transition Plans for three Provincial Governments.➢ Government of South Africa: Achieved a 30% reduction in administrative costs, the results of which were reinvested in front line service delivery as a senior advisor to the Government of South Africa in their implementation of the largest public or private sector shared services organization at that time with a scope including all government departments, schools, hospitals and municipalities➢ Ontario Agency: Developed the initial financial plan and economic benefit model, board governance structures and relationship management structure for this new healthcare organization. ➢ Ontario Government - Facilitated a broad cross section of government staff (approximately 3,000), ranging from program analysts to Deputy Ministers through understanding the business implications of accrual accounting, internal controls and budgeting. ➢ Ontario Government - Developed the organizational model for three large departments in this Ministry. Further, made recommendations for improvement in governance, benefits realization, resourcing and change management through project risk reviews. ➢ Government of China: Worked with the Deputy Minister and senior staff in the Government of China’s Finance Ministry in making recommendations on how, through the use of a new ERP system and shared services organization, financial controls can be improved. ➢ Major Financial Institution: For a transaction with a value approximately $1B, project managed a major Canadian Chartered Bank through the outsourcing of its print and document management function.➢ Global Manufacturer: Achieved a 1/3 decrease in finance costs as the lead consultant on a project to establish shared services for North American finance of this global manufacturer.

Responsible for planning, centralizing and leading Canadian distribution and service operations for credit and collections, distribution systems, logistics, inventory planning, sales order and distribution accounting.➢ Started as Manager, Planning & Forecasts and spent the last three years as Director, Operations responsible for credit and collections, distribution systems, logistics, inventory planning, sales order, warranty administration and trade promotion accounting.➢ Led a Time Based Competitiveness project for Carrier North America. For this team of 20 representatives across the US, was responsible for working with the SVP Operations to develop the strategy, business plan and implementation strategy for a project to reduce the length of the manufacturing to distribution supply chain by 60 days. Achieved a 30-day reduction in 9 months.➢ Achieved a 43% reduction in costs while reducing DSO by 20 days and doubling inventory turnover through, planning, leading and operating the consolidation of three regional operations and finance organizations into a single consolidated operations center. This was also accomplished with no decrease in employee or customer satisfaction.
