1. Follow up on outstanding receivable/payable accounts.2. Act as first contact for tenant related work orders and inquiries.3. Complete data entry on the Yardi accounting system including entering bank deposits; cash receiptentries; purchase order entries.4. Maintain all utility account files and ensure they are kept up to date.5. Update reference lists, databases, and address books.6. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.7. Co-ordinate and maintain property/tenant charge back system.8. Maintain tenant insurance certificates.9. Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, maintain form supply, prepare correspondence,notices, letters to tenants (mail, faxes, email, etc.) as required10. Maintain tenant, building, and lease files and reports; rental advice notices; tenant step-up letters;tenant charge backs, etc.11. Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monthly management reports.12. Maintain property filing system.13. Maintain work order system and contact supplies and co-ordinate completion of work required.14. Process applications / leases.15. Assist the Portfolio Manager and direct supervisor(s) with various projects as requested.16. Provide key support and contribute to the whole team on a daily basis through current and newprocedures.17. Ensure compliance with Skyline policies and procedures including participation in on-going job-relatedtraining.18. Uphold all Skyline values in tasks and duties completed and act with PRIDE. Maintain professionalism,respectfulness, integrity ̧ drive and efficiency throughout all interactions and decision-making duties.
