Ken focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, from basic wills and trusts to more complicated planning alternatives (including generation skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning, GRATS, family limited liability companies), trust and estate administration, tax law and business transactions.Ken was exposed to the small business world at an early age when he began working in the family businesses started by his grandparents. This, coupled with his experience as a practicing certified public accountant before entering the practice of law, allows him to bring a unique perspective to his practice and to interact easily with other advisers to develop a team approach that benefits his clients.Ken’s estate planning practice is centered around the philosophy that there is no one size fits all approach for everyone. It is Ken’s goal to remove some of this burden by walking his clients through each step of the process and assisting them with the tasks that need to be done.Ken’s tax practice encompasses individual, business, and fiduciary income and estate tax matters.
