corporate and domestic artworks achieving on time delivery to the highest quality.Responsible for the change control and validation of all new business artworks from new design through to full print production while maintaining artwork integrity.Team Management :Management of Graphic design studio, staff appraisals, recruitment, development of staff.Social Media Management :Management and input of all aspects of social media, managing campaigns and strategies,ensuring maximum growth and productivity Event Management :Management of all of site activities, e.g Wedding Fairs, Trade Shows, Expos, Showcase Evenings, Network Business Meetings, Christmas PartiesClient Liaison & Customer Service :Liaising with clients regarding all new artwork design and launches with follow on reports and guidance to a number of digital agencies.Briefing Press, Finishing and Quality managers regarding artwork printability and design before full production with feedback to the customer or digital agency of any artwork irregularities.Vendor Management :Responsible for buying in and outsourcing clients orders to respective vendor achieving on time delivery and within agreed estimated budget.

Project Management :Responsible for production, planning and delivery of all vehicles in print media within EMEA.Managing and updating specific entries through Dell’s internal web portal (Dellshare)Reporting to local/regional brand compliancy and senior management 
teams on all studio production activities.Event Management :Management of all of site activities, e.g Social Committee Outings, Expos, Showcase Evenings, Business Meetings, Christmas PartiesTeam Management :Coordinating and managing workflow within a team of Finished Artists and 
Proofreaders achieving 100% compliancy and delivery to the highest quality in industry standards.Responsible for the performance management and professional development of the Graphic Design teamVendor Management :Liaising with a large number of Irish and International printers on a daily basis.
