I chose and operate our payment services. Manage all customer data. Integrate web services to streamline our customer onboarding and product delivery and forecast growth to maintain financial health.- Management: I manage a small team with a focus on caring for them as individuals, challenging them to achieve all that they can, empowering them to try new things, and leveraging their gifts to the benefit of the company.- Content Creation: I am currently the main contributor to our weekly family discipleship publication, Constant Source Weekly. I oversee the scope and sequence of that resource, its design, final edits and layout, and delivery. I also write for the Constant Source blog and am working on a couple of other resources we hope to publish by the end of the year.- Marketing: I oversee our social media, advertising, and website presence. I designed and maintain the website. I also create all digital graphics and layouts for our website and resources.- Sales: I oversee our main sales representative and manage all church partnership accounts personally.
