TL;DR (Too long; didn't read): Works in Higher Ed, helping students build careers for life.Almost six years ago, I was one step away from switching gears after experiencing back-to-back job rejection. Yet one direct message on Twitter later, I became reinvigorated to work within Higher Education. Building on this momentum I soon found myself joining a kick-ass team at TorontoMet.Accompanying the transition were humbling (and at times, comical) challenges, but over time I nourished the skills and knowledge needed to thrive.
