Ken is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of YES& Investments. Ken has been in the construction industry for over 45 years in the Greater Phoenix Area in both commercial and residential construction. He has successfully built and remodeled a wide range of properties, including strip malls, grocery stores, and brand-name outlets.Additionally, Ken has managed complex projects such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and large-scale residential master plan developments. He has managed the construction of high-end luxury custom homes ranging from 3,500 to 5,000+ sq ft and oversaw the production of up to 150 tract homes simultaneously, totaling approximately 2,000 homes over the course of his building career.One of Ken’s most notable strengths is his collaborative approach with investors. He has honed his knowledge and expertise by actively working with investors for over 15 years on a variety of projects, learning from both their failures and successes. Through his extensive experience, Ken has developed a profound sense of identifying and evaluating investment opportunities for maximum returns and the nuances of successful investment strategies.
