I co-founded a local AHMP chapter in Northeast Ohio in 1991, served on the organization's Re-Branding task force in 2008, received the organization's highest honor in 2009 (Pete Cook Founder's Award for Distinguished Service), and was a founding member of the Bangalore, India AHMP chapter in 2008. I visited Bangalore in 2006, 2008, and 2012 and assisted in providing environmental training to India environmental professionals. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Chicago AHMP chapter.
