Throughout my career I have always enjoyed developing others, concerning myself with their challenges and helping them to achieve their objectives. Over the years I have gained a reputation for being an enthusiastic, Trainer, Consultant, Life and Career Coach. I have successfully worked with individual clients as well as a variety of organisations throughout the UK and Europe. These have ranged from SMEs to large PLCs delivering development programmes to assist them in improving their business results. I am regarded as having a relaxed, friendly and adaptable training style and I work extremely effectively, either in a group environment, or on a one-to-one basis.As a Career Coach I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of clients providing help and guidance, enabling them to find new careers and work they enjoy.I have a wealth of additional experience in Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care.I like coming up with solutions to improve customer service standards, retain more satisfied customers and as a result, securing more repeat business.I was extremely excited and honoured to appear on BBC Radio, to help motivate and inspire the audience to achieve their personal Goals and Objectives. I have also been a member of the Judges Panel for the National Sales Awards at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
