Presently, I am The Fort William Henry Museum Operations Director as well as Technical Director at Lake George Winter's Dream, a seasonal attraction that invites guests to explore a rich world of wintry lights, music, sounds, videos, and interactive moments. With over 35 years of hands-on experience in theatre and entertainment, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions for clients in various industries, such as hospitality, retail, museums, theme parks, live entertainment, and special events.I have a strong background in production design, stage management, and technical direction, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of each project and provide effective guidance and support. I also have a proven track record of sales and business development, having worked for over 26 years at Adirondack Studios, a leading company in creative design and custom fabrication for themed entertainment. I leverage my skills and network to identify and pursue new opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of designers, fabricators, and installers, who share my vision of bringing ideas to life and exceeding expectations. I am also a certified USA Archery Level 1 Instructor, which reflects my interest in learning new skills and challenging myself.
