    Created firm to become Acting Executive Director at East Dallas Community Organization, a non-profit affordable housing developer, and lead their transition to a wind down or merger. Successfully led to a merger within 18 months by initiating starts on 13 single family homes for low and moderate income residents. Secured property management contract on City of Dallas owned property and created first property assessment revenue for the organization through a community development contract with a private developer. Acted as property manager for 6 properties consisting of 36 residential units and 7500 feet of retail. This success led to obtaining my real estate license and a second long-term contract as the Affordable Housing Advisor to a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). This broadened relationships with banks for mortgage lending, minority owned single family builders for construction lending and a wide range of participating non-profits. This contract has recently concluded. Other clients over the 3 year period included multi-family developers, non-profit and for profit single family housing developers and spanned Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana.
