Her client work focuses on designing inclusive talent strategies including, customized performance management, learning and development, technology implementation, and change management programs. Kenna is passionate about making work better for humans and humans better at work by partnering with her clients to create strategies that optimize the talent experience and provide more meaningful work for employees. Kenna takes pride in empowering her colleagues and clients to deliver their best work and is dedicated to fostering a work environment that enables everyone to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. She has special interests in youth mentorship and community action.
