Broadly, this includes acknowledgement letters, endowment reports, giving societies, customized stewardship plans, publications, web and social media efforts, as well as coordinating a wide-ranging spectrum of events and programs to meet advancement's comprehensive objectives.Collaborate with colleagues across the Grounds for the strategic use of stewardship programs and events in the advancement of development and engagement goals and to take best advantage of the President's time and travel. Analyze statistical and qualitative data on all stewardship and event programs to find patterns and make recommendations and changes as appropriate. Brief Senior Vice President, his staff, and the President's Chief of Staff on proposed and on-going stewardship and event objectives and schedule. Select, train and lead a team of nine donor relations professionals Oversee budget for all events and supervise staff expenditures; paying close attention to all University and departmental procurement policies. Manage the University Advancement presidential travel proposal process by working with development and engagement colleagues to compile and present a comprehensive and strategic plan that fully leverages the President of the University’s time, energy and talents.Design, manage and implement new and existing events to meet on-going alumni and development objectives. On average, 75 events per year are executed locally, nationally and internationally.
