I completed my bachelors degree in Hospitality Management (Spring 2018) at University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management. I have been working for Walt Disney World for 4 years. My previous roles with the company include Merchandise Host, Fairy Godmother In-Training (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Host), and Park Event Operation Event Guide. After a 1-year immersive internship with Disney VIP Tours, I am currently a Full-time Walt Disney World VIP Tour Guide, facilitating private and group tours independently or with a co-guide to high-profile and luxury guests.I am a detail-oriented professional who is often praised as diligent by my co-workers and leadership team. Over the course of my 4-year career, I’ve developed a strong skill set involving hospitality management, itinerary management, and conflict resolution. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational abilities in every aspect of my current role as a VIP Tour Guide at The Walt Disney World Resort.In addition to my current role, I have been trained to administer/coordinate four different group tours offered at Walt Disney World: Ultimate Disney Classics VIP Tour, Ultimate Day of Thrills VIP Tour, Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour, and Taste of Magic Kingdom Park VIP Tour. I am responsible for checking in guests, preparing guest luncheons, performing recovery for down attractions or guest concerns, and I act as a liaison between my leadership team and the guests on tour.During my time with Disney VIP Tour Services, I have learned to demonstrate adaptability to the ever-changing needs of the operation and the plans of VIP Guests, while exuding integrity and dependability in all aspects of the role.
