Within this project I have created training materials with a focus on making learning interesting for adult learners which includes: • Creating unique videos within the Adobe Creative Cloud that helped with understanding. • Working within teams to create games that enhanced the learning process • Helped to create formatting within our LMS • Created content that helped improve employees soft skills (understanding cultural diversity, teamwork skills, and communication skills) • Meeting with Partner companies and pivoting the training or training material while still meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. I have facilitated training for adult learners which helped with understanding of policy, process, and soft skills within the classes. These classes ranged from small sizes of 16 to large classes with 80+ people within them.My biggest goal when creating content for learners is deciding how to make the learning interesting and fun to the largest audience. Understanding that when teaching content that is too dry or stays stagnant the ability to retain the information goes down. I make it a mission to create the highest quality learning materials and training classes that are possible.
