Hi! I’m an environmental educator with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Educational Studies from UC Santa Barbara. My interest in environmental education has taken me all over California (and Far North Queensland, Australia) as I’ve studied, volunteered, and worked to become a conservation educator. I am passionate about inspiring others to care for and protect our planet and all of its inhabitants. My current role as the School and Community Programs Specialist at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History Sea Center helps me share my passion of conservation through the creation and implementation of formal and informal education programs, interpretive programs, community events, and community science (aka citizen science) projects.
