After working in growth marketing roles for multiple companies over multiple years, we've discovered how best to maximize the efficiency and productivity of early stage startups. We noticed a gap in the market stemming from founders' lack of time due to being pulled in so many directions - our goal is to boost productivity and growth by utilizing best practices and growth marketing techniques so that founders can focus on taking their business to new heights!

I created an online personal training company with the mission of improving the general heath and fitness of individuals while fostering a consistent and sustainable lifestyle change. I conduct fitness assessments, create personalized training plans, and lead live personal training sessions over Zoom.

In my role with PediaMetrix, I do extensive research on potential partnerships in an effort to expand the distribution and consumer base. This includes analyzing research and providing recommendations to the CEO about potential next steps based on any insights I might obtain, leading the efforts on campaigns, and spearheading their marketing efforts. Additionally, I lead the marketing efforts, coordinating all social media campaigns and posting weekly across Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin. Furthermore, I take part in sales, organizing email campaigns, customer support, and lead generation. Across this position, I am required to utilize a great deal of time management as I have great autonomy over my tasks, and also must have exceptional organizational skills.

In this role I primarily manage marketing efforts of the company, spearheading the organization of social media campaigns and the launch of new products. I coordinate the collection of collateral for all efforts as well and ensure that there is consistent branding across all platforms for the company.

After excelling during my internship with NBC Sports, I was offered a full-time position upon graduation from college. I was responsible for collecting all third-party requests for assets that may be used during a live broadcast; this put me in direct contact with many external individuals such as athletic directors, public relations directors, sports agents, and athletes. Through this I've become well-versed in research techniques and have developed an ability to track down information and other assets. I also attended weekly production meetings where I contributed my review of the prior week's game and presented game ideas for the upcoming week's match-up based on the major story lines of the game. Additionally, I have become familiarized with the Avid Media Composer editing software, as I also provided assistance with editing when needed as well. In addition to my normal duties, I was the given the role of leading the the organization and editing of segments to be submitted to the Academy for Emmy award consideration as well.

As the first football Team Manager for my school, I took a firsthand role during football preseason and attended all practices and walk-throughs, as well as filmed both practices and games when needed. I provided additional assistance to coaches in the office when necessary as well.

I was a Psychology major with a concentration in Justice and Law.

As the first Sunday Night Football Production intern, I was responsible for receiving and logging all incoming media, such as photos, videos, and interviews from team shoots. I searched through archives of past game footage to find specific plays and moments that would be featured in upcoming broadcasts for Sunday Night games. In addition, I traveled to Philadelphia to aid the Sunday Night Football team in organizing players for their video shoot for offensive and defensive lineups, and I attended all weekly staff production meetings where I contributed my ideas for future segments. Furthermore, I was invited back to work all New England Patriots Sunday Night Football games for the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 season as a truck runner and assistant to the production coordinator.

As an intern for the Game Day Operation team, I directly assisted the department's executives and legal team with making substantive edits to the "Game Operations Policy Manual for Member Clubs"; I collected edits from various departments within the League Office, and combined them to create a comprehensive final draft of the Manual. Additionally, I made contact with the Public Relations Directors of all 32 Clubs in order to gain updated team information for the upcoming season, as well as to be able to create directories of staff for different positions within the Club. Concurrently, I played a hands-on role in organizing and sending out the credentials for all game-day personnel.
