I managed the creation of instructional videos for customers who are going on a permanent change of station. The videos will serve as an efficient way to inform customers of the processes they will be going through. It will also help to significantly increase productivity among Desk Officers.At the end of my time at DOD, I was offered and accepted a full time position upon graduation.
