As Deputy Director of Staff Training at Americans for Prosperity, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to developing nearly 600 staff members across all 50 states. Our mission is to equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to advance the goals of Americans for Prosperity, The LIBRE Initiative, and Concerned Veterans for America—three organizations focused on issue advocacy and institutional reform.As a Grassroots Trainer I've helped design and deliver training programs on AFP’s best grassroots practices, empowering teams to effectively organize and drive advocacy efforts nationwide.I've also spearheaded the creation and management of a comprehensive video training ecosystem which has enhanced the onboarding experience for new-hires. I directed, shot, and edited video-based learning resources which guides new-hires through their first few days of learning about our business.Through strategic leadership, innovative training solutions, and a deep commitment to building a strong culture, I help shape the future of grassroots advocacy by equipping teams to create meaningful change across the country.

My sole focus was to elevate and amplify the LIBRE brands to achieve consistent national recognition. I worked to ensure the brand remained aligned with its vision while enhancing visibility across the marketplace both in person and online. Alongside my team, I helped develop grassroots and digital marketing campaigns to multiply the reach of our brand to newer audiences across 15 states and 30 cities.Led the planning, development, and execution of national campaigns tied to LIBRE’s Priority Initiatives, to drive new activations and expand outreach.Managed LIBRE’s C3 and C4 websites. Built and approved social/email/marketing calendars. Optimized digital strategies, growth campaigns, and customer journeys for maximum engagement.

I spearheaded the development and execution of nationwide issue campaigns to advance key policy ideas. Working with teams in 14 states and 28 cities, I ensured every event was impactful, consistent, and aligned with our mission.I developed campaign concepts, handled branding and marketing, and designed event styles that captured attention and drove engagement.I also got to work closely with local teams to bring these campaigns to their communities by providing guidance ensuring every event reflected our vision while allowing teams to shine in execution. By combining creativity, strategy, and collaboration, I helped make complex policy ideas accessible and impactful for audiences across the country.I also led in capturing content for social media which ensured our story reached a wider audience, and supported efforts to secure media coverage that elevated our initiatives.

Helped the Candidate in Every area she needed - utilizing my skills and experience to further her campaign and personal outreach.

I spearheaded the complete re-build of this Radio Station; from look to sound. The station was very deep into the red and I was tasked to bring it in the black, as well as turning it into a station that could stand the test of time. I re-designed the logo, website, and all print media -- flipped the programming, and put together many events (rallies, concerts, share-a-thons, etc) to raise awareness for the, seemingly, new station.This change brought in a new demographic which more than quadrupled our listening audience. Once the listenership expanded, I was able to secure several new sponsors.Station was out of the red, and listenership grew over 500% within 9 months.I also Produced nearly every local show on station as well as co-hosted several.

Started a Speech/Drama class to produce effective speakers for the community.While teaching, I also Acted, Narrated and helped direct a school play/fundraiser which brought in over $15,000 of donations in one evening.My students competed in State and International competitions with many placing in the top 3 for: Oratory, Video Production, Monologue Presentation, Dialogue, Preaching, One-Act Play, Storytelling, and Poetry.In the evenings, I also tutored students in History, English I-III, Algebra I, and Business Math.I was also the schools Public Relations Specialist tasked with re-designing their brand.I led in the design, writing and distribution of the quarterly newsletter while also writing radio commercials for the many public outreach events.
